A three-bedroom, two-bathroom Noho loft is on the market for $4.75 million.

It’s in the same landmarked building where famed contemporary artist Francesco Clemente has a full-floor studio on the second floor — and where he worked through the pandemic.

Culture Club icon Boy George, and the late actress Olympia Dukakis, also once lived in the building, at 684 Broadway, between Great Jones and East Fourth streets.

The 10th-floor co-op is 3,100 square feet. Details include an open living/dining area, maple and oak wood floors, wood-framed windows and 10-foot-2-inch ceilings.

The sellers, Anthony Curtis and Kathleen Hardy, bought it for $2.87 million in 2006.

The 12-story building features key-locked elevators and dates to 1904.

The listing brokers are Triplemint’s Wendy Juan and Tami Kurtz.
